Terms & Conditions.

Veterinary Consent:

As per the Veterinary Surgeons Act (1966) all animals receiving Veterinary Physiotherapy must be registered with a Veterinary Practice. Written consent for treatment must be received prior to treatment commencing, from their Veterinary Surgeon. If this information is not provided prior to the appointment, the animal cannot be seen for physiotherapy, and you may still be charged.

Animals can be referred by their owners for ‘maintenance’ physiotherapy, as per the Royal Veterinary College (2020), but it is a requirement that they are still registered with a Veterinary Practice. If you wish to discuss this, then please call in advance of your appointment.

Cancellation policy:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, so the appointment can be offered to another client. You will be charged for your cancelled appointment if less than 24 hours notice.
