Naomi is a Chartered Physiotherapist in South Wales, offering physiotherapy assessment and treatment for both equine and canine patients, and riders. Naomi covers Swansea and the nearby surrounding areas.
Naomi qualified as a chartered Physiotherapist in 2008, having completed a three-year undergraduate physiotherapy degree. She worked in the NHS, mainly within orthopaedics and musculoskeletal outpatients, allowing her to gain extensive knowledge, skills and clinical reasoning in the assessment and treatment of a wide variety of conditions. Naomi completed a post graduate diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Hartpury University, qualifying in 2021, allowing her to specialise in the assessment and treatment of animals.
Naomi is registered with and regulated by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy (ACPAT). Naomi is fully insured and works within the guidelines of the veterinary surgeons’ act.
Naomi has grown up owning and riding horses, whilst also working on an eventing yard and teaching at a BHS riding school. Naomi enjoyed competing her own horse at riding club and British eventing competitions. Naomi now owns her own dog and enjoys walking in the beautiful Gower countryside with her family.
